Ready-to-wear, haute couture and diffusion collections from established and emerging designers, including Troy Costa and Rohit Mittal from India, Hatem Alhakeem, Loai Nassem, Mahmoud Hafiz and Hend Halawani from Saudi Arabia, UK-based Lamia Asudari and Kuwaiti designer Nili Zahar.
Participants include UAE Ghanati, Mille Rostock, Redaa-Amaal Murad, Charu Parashar, Surabhi Kalsi, Hamra Alam and Raakhee Raipanchola. Homegrown talents Rashmi Kumari, Muskan Taurani and Deeya Nanda will be presenting their collections.
UAE designers Jasbir Jamani and Buffi Jashanmal with Lebanese talent Krikor Jabotian will star in the third edition of the 'Splash Emerging Talent' show, scheduled for the final day of the event.
Also included this season is a preview Islamic fashion festival that will feature shaylas, abayasThe show will feature prayer garments, Muslim dresses, Islamic swimwear and contemporary Islamic fashion by well-known designers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Europe, India and the Gulf region.
A show by Dessange (Paris), featuring the latest hairstyling trends, is also part of the annex.
The grand finale on Mars 22 will feature opulent collections by Neeta Lulla and UAE Lebanese atelier Walid Atallah.
